You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you.

How to ask

Send an email to info@applied-aikido.org, from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Data deletion”. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

We confirm the deletion within one month.

What we delete

• your account and your community profile;
• your directory card, including the description of your professional practice;
• your contact details and your registration on our mailing list;
• your form entries.

Your posts and comments in the community are deleted too, unless you ask us to keep them under an anonymous name.

If your membership is still active, we cancel it first, so that you are not charged again.

What we must keep

Accounting records linked to your payments are kept for the period required by Belgian accounting law. They are not used for anything else.

Only the mailing list?

If you only want to stop receiving our emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them.
