Aikido in Leadership — First International Forum
Organised by the International Aikido Federation (IAF), the forum brings together Aikido teachers and practitioners around one question: how can the principles developed on the tatami apply to leadership, cooperation and complex situations in real life?
Over two days, the discussions revolve around six themes: resilience, empathy and connection, leadership and engagement, conflict resolution, adaptability and humility, and the pursuit of the common good. Together, the participants co-create a reference document on Aikido applied to leadership and organisations.
Participants of the forum receive their first year of membership of the Applied Aikido Association.
